On a cold and rainy day five of the Flintshire Golf Clubs were represented in the first scratch to twelve of the season at Rhyl Golf Club, those that played were impressed with the general condition of the course and the greens so early in the season. Thanks must go to Rhyl for allowing us to use their facilities and course, The winner of the best gross, was Adam Partington of Old Padeswood with Mike Worrall of Padeswood & Buckley second, the winner of the best net was Adam Smith also of  Padeswood & Buckley with J Sutton of Northop in second place.

The next scratch to twelve is at St Melyd on the 15th of April which is a Wednesday, the start sheet is with St. Melyd tee times can be booked by ringing the office at St Melyd 01745 854405 between the hours of nine in the morning and two in the afternoon,Monday to Friday. See you there
